Little has changed with mandarin oranges for the past 3000 years (give or take). You peel them, and then you eat them. However, the simplicity of this snack has not been lost. So with an unapologetic and self aware approach, this simplicity became the sole focus in our campaign.

Meet John Birk

We introduced our audience to John Birk; a guy with the most unnecessary job in the world. Mr. Birk is an unlikely spokesperson who has the redundant job of being a product demonstrator for Peelz. In the end, his teachings can be summarized in 6 words. You peel them. You eat them.
The pubs loved it. It was ranked #3 in Adforum’s Top 5 Ads Worldwide List, and received a lovely review by David Reviews, which means something in the UK ad world.
